At Aida Travels, we take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Here’s what’s included in our Package:
- You will be warmly welcomed and assisted by our representative at Port Blair Airport upon your arrival.
- 24×7 On-call support throughout your stay.
- All transfers and sightseeing in a private air-conditioned vehicle.
- Comfortable twin-sharing accommodation in well-reviewed hotels.
- Inter-island transfers between Port Blair and Havelock via premium private cruises.
- Harbour and Jetty Pickup & Drop @ Port Blair & Havelock .
- Entrance fee at tourist attraction places.
- Daily fresh breakfast at the respective hotels except the day of arrival.
- You will be assisted by our travel experts throughout your trip.
- Package inclusive of all taxes.
Exclusions:
While this package covers most of your travel needs, here’s what’s not included:
- Medical and Travel Insurance.
- Lunch and dinner unless specified otherwise.
- Tips and gratuities for drivers, hotel staff, and service providers.
- Personal expenses such as telephone, laundry, minibar, etc.
- Vehicle on Disposal (Car service are not included on leisure days and after the completion of
- the sightseeing tours, as per the itinerary.)
- Adventure or fun rides at Water Sports Complex.
- Camera and video entry tickets at sightseeing spots.
- Optional activities like scuba diving, snorkelling, Jolly ride, etc.
- Costs due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight or ferry cancellations, weather
- disruptions, strikes, or political unrest (to be borne by the guest on-site).
NOTE: Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.
Terms & Conditions
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.
- Travel insurance included in our packages is applicable only for travelers below 60 years of age. Travelers aged 60 years and above may be required to pay an additional premium for insurance coverage.
- Unused Services: No refunds or adjustments will be provided for any services not utilized during the trip.
- Personal Belongings: Aida Travel and Tourism LLC is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the tour. Travelers are advised to take extra care of their belongings.
- Liability Exemption: Aida Travel and Tourism LLC shall not be liable for damages, loss, injury, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other cause beyond our control.
- COVID-19 Policies: If any traveler tests positive for COVID-19 during the trip, Aida Travel and Tourism LLC will not be responsible for additional expenses related to quarantine, hospitalization, flight rescheduling, or any medical emergency. All expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler.
- Travel Regulation Changes: Aida Travel and Tourism LLC will not be held responsible for any changes in government regulations that impact the travel itinerary after the confirmation of services.
- Third-Party Services: Aida Travel and Tourism LLC has no control over third-party service providers (airlines, railways, coach services, etc.) and is not responsible for any disruptions in their services.
- Government Rule Changes: If the package is canceled due to changes in government rules or regulations, Aida Travel and Tourism LLC will not be held accountable for any cancellations.
